commission prices/t.o.s.

commission status: opencommissions are not first come first served. I have the right to decline a commission if necessary. you MUST read my t.o.s. before commissioning me (it will be linked in the invoice and also posted at the bottom of this site). flat versions will be $5 off the base price. extra costs may be added due to complexity (for example: extremely-detailed characters, complicated apparel, etc.) feel free to ask if something you want isn't listed in my examples or if you have any commission-related questions! i'll answer all inquiries asap. :) you can contact me on any site listed above about commissions, art, or things of that nature. thank you so much for your support!

terms of service

Please read through everything listed below before commissioning me:1. If you are UNDER the age of 18, you MUST have your parent's permission to commission me if you are not using your own PayPal account/card/bank account. No exceptions. I will NOT draw NSFW works for anyone.2. Please don't try to haggle with prices! They are firm. I don't feel like I charge too much for my work considering the amount of time and effort I put into each piece. Note: There may be an extra charge depending on the complexity of the commission. For example, if you ask for extra things like props/objects, if you need edits to the lineart of a pre-drawn ych, if I have to go off of a partially worded description rather than a reference image, etc.3. Please, if you are speaking to me about a commission and change your mind about getting one, just tell me. Leaving me hanging or simply not responding isn't how I like to handle business. Don't worry, I won't be upset if you change your mind! Things happen!4. I will only begin on your piece after I have been paid up front through PayPal in USD only. I will not accept payment plans and I will not sketch out your commission first for you to see if you will like it before you pay me. I will send an invoice to request the money from you directly, so I will need to ask for your PayPal email address. The invoice will have the amount you need to pay, what you're paying for, etc. If it is a DIGITAL ITEM, no shipping address is needed. The finished digital product that you pay for will be sent to you via email. The invoice that I send to you will also say "no due date" to pay me, because I don't want you to get in trouble if it isn't immediately paid. But if you have not paid within 24 hours or if I have not heard back from you, I will cancel the commission. If it is a physical good, I will ship the item to you and will need your mailing address to do so. I will provide you and PayPal with the tracking number. Should something get lost or damaged in the mail, we will try to work something out, but unfortunately I am not responsible for any postal service mishaps.5. I do usually have some sort of a wait list. It could be a very small one or a slightly larger one. Usually I don't take on too many commissions at one time so that I can handle them all and finish them within a reasonable time frame, but please be patient if I do have a queue, as I try to do my commissions in order as much as possible.6. Please remember that I do have other things to take care of outside of art, such as a full-time job, a partner, hobbies, friends and family, and other responsibilities. You are free to ask for an update on your piece(s) if more than two weeks have gone by without an update (I will usually provide updates without you even having to ask), but please do not purposefully rush me to finish your art. I try to never keep people waiting for too long, but I do have other things I must tend to every now and then. With this being said, I do NOT do deadlines.7. When commissioning me, please provide a CLEAR AND UPDATED reference of your character(s). I can't work well with blurry/rushed/old images and I prefer to use a digital reference, but I will use traditional references if they are easy to see and the colors are obvious. Do not send me multiple images that don't line up with the original reference sheet, and PLEASE do not ask for several extra changes outside of the ref because that can become extremely stressful to try and match up. An edit or two is fine once I send you a wip, but I cut that limit off at max of 3 edits. I cannot edit a piece over and over again and spend hours trying to make it exactly perfect, or else I'll never be able to work on my other commissions.8. I will not issue a refund unless I have not started on your piece. If I have started on the artwork, I will not give a refund. REQUESTING A CHARGEBACK JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO TRY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER THE COMMISSION IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS/COMPLETED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, AND I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU BECAUSE THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW AND IS CONSIDERED THEFT. If you decide you want a refund before I have started working on the piece, that's fine, but once I have started on it, you will not receive a refund in any way.9. By paying for this purchase, you agree you are the cardholder of the card that's linked with this PayPal account, or that you have permission to use the card that's linked to this PayPal account. If by any chance I receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder, or the purchase was made without permission from the cardholder, I take no responsibility over it.10. Lastly, please help protect my work as an artist and always credit me when reposting my art! Whether you use it as an icon, a background, a character reference, a badge, or anything at all, please credit me as the artist. And never remove my signature, please!Thank you for your time and interest!
